The iconic Book–Cadillac Hotel closed its doors in 1986, leaving the once thriving corner lifeless for more than 20 years. Committed to making the project a reality, The Ferchill Group worked closely with the City of Detroit and other public and private partners to assemble an unprecedented 22–source, $180 million financing package to transform the iconic Book–Cadillac hotel into an upscale hotel that will help anchor the City's downtown redevelopment strategy.
